Ololade Ajekigbe is a Nigerian writer, blogger, marketing communications expert and women’s advocate who writes weekly at www.lolosthoughts.com. Her short story “Beauty’s Curse” was published in the African Women Writers (Afriwowri) Literary Daybook— The Different Shades of a Feminine Mind. Her eclectic essays have featured on several platforms within and outside Nigeria, including Medium, Punch Newspapers, Bella Naija, Inflyt Magazine and the West Africa Civil Society Institute Blog where she examined Nigerian women’s chances in the 2019 presidential elections. Lolade or Lolo, as she’s fondly called is a graduate of the University of Ibadan and loves to read, write, indulge in a good movie and engage in enlightening discussions. She lives in Lagos, Nigeria.
